UPxMe is a digital platform. The categories below describe how each type of transaction is treated.
1. Wallet top-ups
- Successful top-ups are non-refundable as a cash refund. The credited balance can be used to buy talent tokens or withdrawn to your bank/UPI per the withdrawal rules below.
- Failed top-ups (where the wallet was not credited) are auto-reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If you don't see a reversal, write to hello@upxme.in with the Razorpay payment ID.
- Duplicate charges are detected by our idempotent crediting system. If by exception a duplicate occurs, the duplicate amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Token purchases
- Token purchases are not refundable once executed. They are market transactions priced by the AMM at the time of trade.
- To exit a position, sell the tokens back to the AMM at the live price. The proceeds (after the 2% talent brokerage and 0.5% platform fee) are credited to your wallet instantly.
- If a transaction fails after debit but before token allotment, the full amount is automatically reversed to your wallet within minutes. If not, contact support.
3. Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests can be cancelled until they enter "Processing" status. Once processed, they cannot be reversed.
- If a withdrawal is rejected by the bank/UPI provider (incorrect details, KYC mismatch, etc.), the amount is auto-credited back to your wallet within 3 business days.
4. Player listing fees
Player listings are currently free. If a paid listing tier is introduced, fees will be non-refundable once the application is accepted.
5. How to request a refund
- Email hello@upxme.in from your registered email address.
- Include: your registered phone, the transaction ID, the date, and a clear description of the issue.
- We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 business days. Approved refunds reflect on the original payment method per Razorpay's settlement timelines (typically 5–7 business days).
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact support before initiating a bank chargeback — most disputes are resolved faster directly. Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery proceedings.
