UPxMe is a digital platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This policy explains how we deliver our digital services and the timelines involved.
1. Wallet top-ups
Wallet top-ups via Razorpay are credited to your UPxMe wallet instantaneously after successful payment. In the rare case of a delay, the credit reflects within 30 minutes. If not, contact hello@upxme.in with your Razorpay payment ID.
2. Token delivery
Tokens purchased through the AMM are reflected in your portfolio instantly upon a successful trade. Sell proceeds are credited to your wallet instantly.
3. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to your linked UPI or bank account are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days. Settlement to your bank further depends on your bank's UPI/IMPS/NEFT processing windows.
4. Account verification
Account creation is instant via OTP. Player listings are reviewed by our team within 3–5 business days of submission and require complete verification documents.
5. No physical delivery
UPxMe does not currently offer any physical merchandise, certificates, or goods. No courier, postal, or logistics partners are involved in our services.
6. Service unavailability
In case of scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages, we will communicate via in-app notifications and email. Settlement timelines may be extended during such periods.
